SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective October 27, 2026
These terms apply when you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Critical Brokerage Services (CBS), whether through a form, a conversation with our team or another consent method.
Messages you may receive
CBS text messages support conversations about freight quotes, shipment bookings, pickup and delivery scheduling, shipment status, documents, carrier setup and customer service. The messages you receive depend on your request and the message types you agreed to receive.
Submitting a website inquiry does not enroll you in marketing texts. Marketing or promotional texts require a separate, express written opt-in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your conversations, shipment activity and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to a CBS text message. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. You can also contact CBS to request that we stop texting you. If you use more than one phone number, tell us which numbers your request covers.
How to get help
Reply HELP for assistance. You can also visit shipcbs.com, call (360) 609-1177, or email [email protected].
Your privacy
No mobile opt-in data or SMS consent is shared with third parties or affiliates. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how to contact us about your information.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as our messaging services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes to these terms do not replace any consent required for a new type of message.
